Apple Oat Bites
Whether it’s a quick breakfast, a snack on the go, or a healthy dessert, these apple oat bites are the perfect option!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Total Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients for 12 bites:
2 mashed bananas
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 cups of oats
Add each ingredient into one bowl in the order listed, or follow along with our Instagram reel to watch how these delicious bites are made!
Lay out parchment paper on a baking pan and place bite size balls of the mixture a few centimeters apart.
Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
