Apple Oat Bites

Whether it’s a quick breakfast, a snack on the go, or a healthy dessert, these apple oat bites are the perfect option!

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Total Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for 12 bites:

  • 2 mashed bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • Cinnamon

  • 2 cups of oats

  • One apple


  • Add each ingredient into one bowl in the order listed, or follow along with our Instagram reel to watch how these delicious bites are made!

  • Lay out parchment paper on a baking pan and place bite size balls of the mixture a few centimeters apart.

  • Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
