Ingredients for 3-4 People (15 balls):
15 dried apricots
100 g old fashioned rolled oats
2 tbsp. Chia Seed
1 tbsp. cinnamon
To cover:
Chia seed
Crushed pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Cut the apricots into small pieces and soak them in hot water for 15 minutes.
Put oats and soaked apricots into a food processor. Then mix until everything is broken down into tiny pieces and a sticky dough forms. If needed you can increase the amount of oats to reach a sticky consistency.
Add cinnamon according to your wish and mix it gently.
Form approximately 15 balls.
Cover them with crushed pumpkin seeds or chia seeds.
Let it set in the fridge for 2 hours.
