Ingredients for 2 portions:
250 g Spaghetti
1 medium sized tomato
½ green pepper
1 small onion
1 small clove of garlic
1 small chilli
2 tbsp. olive oil
40 g parmesan
Basil
Salt, pepper and oregano to season
Procedure:
Start with cooking the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Put all of the other ingredients apart from the parmesan into a blender.
Blend until you have a smooth paste.
Add the parmesan to the paste.
Mix the paste with the pasta while adding some of the pasta water.
Decorate with some basil and more parmesan.
Enjoy!
