Are you fed up with the classical tomato sauce gnocchi? Try out this fresh fried gnocchi version with kale and sage, you'll be amazed by its delicate taste! The gnocchi are hand made but I guarantee you that it won't take too long to cook everything.
Season: autumn/winter
Preparation time: -
Overall time: 50 Min.
Ingredients for 2 persons:
300 g potatos
180 g flour
3 cloves of garlic
Kale
Sage
Oil (olive/sunflower/nut)
Salt and pepper

Boil the potatos until cooked (ca. 15 min). Subsequently, peel them and smash them with a fork or potato smasher if you possess one.
Add the flour and some salt and knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Add flour if necessary.
Cut the dough into gnocchi and then boil them. Take the gnocchi out of the water when they float.
Fry the kale in a non stick pan. In a separate non stick pan, fry the garlic and sage (watch out not to burn them!). Add the gnocchi and fry until you reach a crunchy consistency. Add the fried kale to the gnocchi and salt and pepper if necessary. Enjoy!
