Overnight Oats

Brilliant minds like ours need some good food, in order to keep forming, storming and performing! These overnight oats definitely nurture you and your appetite for change ...

... By the way, they serve as a great hangover breakfast too. Just make sure to prepare them before the night at Trischli starts, so that you can enjoy them the next morning ;)

Ingredients for 1-2 servings:

  • 30 g oats (fin or rolled)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 banana

  • 1 empty jar or container you can put into your fridge

  • 1 dl milk (Plant based milk of choice or water)

Procedure:

  1. Add the oats, millet flakes, almonds, cashews, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds into your jar and mix then with a spoon.

  2. Then add your milk of choice or water and stir it again. Make sure to scrape the bottom so the moisture is evenly distributed

  4. Close your jar with a lid and make sure it is airtight and put it into your fridge overnight.
