Ingredients:
320g Tagliatelle or Spaghetti
250g Mascarpone
50g Parmesan
1 Lime
Salt
Pepper
Procedure:
In a large saucepan boil water, salt it and when it comes to a boil cook the pasta, following the cooking time written on the pasta package for al dente cooking.
While the pasta is cooking, put mascarpone into a large bowl and stir it until it becomes creamy. Add lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well so that they are combined well.
Drain the pasta and add it to the big bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Serve and decorate with Parmesan, some pepper and lime zest.
