Vegan Crepe

Some call it crêpe, some call it pancake, but we call it v-löve. Enjoy this vegan alternative!

Cooking time: 5 min

Ingredients for 4 large crepes (2 People):

  • 300 ml plant-based milk

  • 130 g all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp oil (we recommend rapeseed)


  1. Mix all your ingredients except the oil. Make sure there are no clumps, if you have a mixer you might want to use it.

  2. Add some oil to a frying or crepe pan and add about 4 tbsp of the dough, fry both sides until they’re golden-brown.

Nutritional Values of 4 crepes equal:

724 kcal | 15 g protein | 11 g carbs of which 5 g sugar | 19 g fat | 5 g fiber
