Invisible Apple Cake

Ingredients (10 Servings):
125g Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
1/4tsp Fresh Ginger
1/4 tsp Salt
30g Melted Butter
120ml Milk
8g Vanilla Sugar
3 Eggs
80g Granulated Sugar
900g Apples
Method:
Preheat your oven to 190ºC.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
In a seperate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, and vanilla sugar.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and fresh ginger with an electric mixer until the mixture turns pale and frothy.
Combine all three mixtures.
Peel the apples and cut them in to thin slices. (Tip: A mandoline slicer works best)
Add the sliced apples to the batter.
Grease a loaf pan and pour in the mixture
Bake for about 65 minutes. The top should look golden brown
Let the cake cool down, as it will fall apart if cut warm.
