300g Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tablespoons of Oil (or 50g of Butter)
300 g Milk
10 g of Fresh brewer's yeast

Transfer the milk with the yeast into a large bowl, add a teaspoon of honey and two tablespoons of oil.
Gradually add the mixed flours and lastly the salt, while continuously mixing. Continue kneading for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth, soft and elastic.
Form a ball and leave it to rise in the bowl for a minimum of one hour.
Then, take small portions of the dough of about 90 grams and form them into balls.
Place the balls on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper and let them rise for about two hours, until they have doubled in size. If you want you can add some decoration on top such as seeds, nuts, dried flowers.
Brush the surface of the rolls with a little milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180° static for about 15 minutes.
