Quinoa Salad

This salad is extremely healthy, nutritious, delicious and super fast to make! All you need is 15 minutes time and three ingredients: quinoa, 1 red pepper and sweet corn. Ready to cook?

Season: summer/autumn

Preparation time: -

Overall time: 15 Min.

Ingredients for 1 person:

100 g quinoa (CH)

100 g sweet corn

1 red pepper



1. Boil the quinoa for 10 min and then let it rest for 5 min. In the meanwhile, cute the red pepper into small pieces.

2. Once the quinoa rested for 5 min, add the pepper, the corn and some salt. Enjoy!
