Ingredients for 1 person:
100 g quinoa (CH)
100 g sweet corn
1 red pepper
Salt
Procedure:
Boil the quinoa for 10 min and then let it rest for 5 min. In the meanwhile, cute the red pepper into small pieces.
Once the quinoa rested for 5 min, add the pepper, the corn and some salt. Enjoy!
