The perfect dish doesn't exist. Wrong! You just found it. Creamy butternut squash with al dente pasta is the perfect dish to make you feel comfortable after a stressful day at work or university.

Ingredients for 4 portions
Ingredients:
400g pasta of your choice
1 Butternut Squash
200 gram of mushrooms
1 whole garlic
1 onion
Salt and Pepper
Procedure:
Start with laying a paper sheet on your oven tray. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Boil 500 ml of salted water for the pasta.
Continue with cutting the garlic in half without peeling and cutting the onions into half. Cut the mushrooms and butternut squash into small pieces.
Lay the butternut squash, onions and garlic on an oven tray and bake them for 15 minutes. Then put the mushrooms into the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
In the meantime, boil your pasta according to the instructions on its package.
Take the roasted vegetables except the mushrooms and mix them in a blender until they are smooth and creamy.
When the pasta is fully cooked add the vegetable sauce as well as salt and pepper to your taste.
Put the roasted mushrooms on top of your pasta before serving.
