The best salted plumcake for a delicious brunch!

Ingredients for 8 people:
250 g Flour (choose the one you prefer)
250 g Spinach
150 mL Almond milk
60 g seeds oil
80 g grated cheese
80 g Emmental
5 eggs
1 clove of garlic
15 g Baking Powder
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Procedure:
Saute the spinach in a frying pan with a little oil, salt and a glove of garlic.
Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, oil, salt and pepper.
Add the grated cheese, Emmental and chopped spinach
In a separate bowl mix the flour and the baking powder together and add a little at a time to the egg and spinach mixture
Transfer the mixture in a cake tin lined with baking paper and put it into the oven for 45 minutes.
If it darkens too much, cover the dough with baking paper.
Et booon appetit !! The spinach plumcake is ready to be served.
