Important note: Soak oats overnight
Ingredients for 2 servings:
80 g fine oat flakes
2 apples (small, sweet-sour, e.g. Braeburn)
2 tbsp hazelnuts
2 tbs honey, maple syrup or melasse
The night before: Mix oat flakes with milk. Leave it to soak overnight in the fridge.
In the morning: Wash apples and grate them into fine strips or small cubes. If organic, you do not need to peel them.
Chop the hazelnuts. Add the hazelnuts, apple pieces and some honey into your soaked oat flakes.
